Lower eyelid blepharoplasty rejuvenates aging eyelids by addressing changes that occur with age, reducing the tired appearance. This patient underwent an upper eyelid blepharoplasty with an internal brow lift to remove excess skin and fat from the upper lids. An internal brow lift was done to readjust the brow back to its original position. 🔙

The patient elected non-surgical techniques to rejuvenate the middle and lower facial regions. Filler was used to lift the midface, while masking the under eye bags. Filler was was also placed along the lower face for a lifting effect. Neurotoxins (Dysport® in this instance) were used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
